這一篇是寫給狂人妹和狂人娘看的(所以只有英文),因為她們一直跟我要這個食譜,其實這是很基本的凉拌菜,相信大家都會做,只是對這些外國人來說有 一點難度,所以貼出來.
圖片中的蟹肉也可用泡軟的腐竹代替,小黃瓜也可換成西洋芹菜或是大頭菜,中國人就是醬子冰雪聰明,懂得舉一反三.
Appetizer: Mini Cucumber Mix Crabmeat
1. Preparation:
Cucumber x 3, garlic 3 cloves, ginger 2 slices, crabmeat (optional), small chili x 2
2. Patting cucumber into small pieces:

3. Chopped garlic, ginger, and red chili as the picture ↓:

4. Cut crabmeat

5. Mix cucumber, garlic, ginger, red chili, and crabmeat

6. Add soy-bean sauce (2 spoons) and white vinegar(2 spoons), ratio 1:1
7. Add black pepper

8. A droplet of sesame oil and add some cilantro will be great.
9. Gently mix them well. Then put them into a container with lid. Place in refrigerator at least three hours or over night even better.
10. Enjoy!
Note: May use celery to make this appetizer, delicacies!
